One of the least understood, yet most contentious issues of the Canadian election is going to be the political hopefuls' position on Bill C-61 - Copywrite Reform and Restrictions in Canada.
Unfortunately, most folks don't realize the implications this bill will have on their regular, daily lives. Implications on everything from what you can do with a movie you've bought, to how you can use your cell phone, your iPod or your computer. And don't even get me started on timeshifting or PVR'ing your favourite TV shows.
Ask your politician - what are they going to do about C-61? It's the main reason I can't vote for Harper.
Michael Geist has some AWESOME videos on the subject.
